2. Bodrum – Turkey
Bodrum is a beautiful town on the Aegean coast of Turkey and is one of the most popular tourist destinations for many European holidaymakers. Bodrum has a beautiful harbour, beaches and sunsets. It’s also a great place to swim in the clear waters.
The harbour is quite busy with boats and yachts, but it’s also possible to walk around the fish market and see the fishermen unloading their catch. Bodrum is also famous for its ancient castle, which overlooks the town from a hilltop. The castle is now used as a museum and has many interesting things to see, including old statues, gold coins and even an ancient ship!
