Place some oil in your wok over high heat and add beef, pork or veal meatballs. Sauté for two minutes and then stir in some onion and garlic and sauté another two minutes. Finally, add your choice of vegetables and pour in a mixture of soy-sauce, vinegar sugar and ginger, and bring to a boil. Cook until meatballs are finished and serve over pasta or rice!
