Counting calories is a bit more popular than it should be. It’s not a bad method, it’s just inefficient, and we will soon explain why. First of all, calories are just not the appropriate unit to describe if a food is healthy or not, or if it is, how? Calory, or calorie is only a unit of energy. Not less and not more. It certainly is useful, if you want to control the amount of food you eat during a day, but it doesn’t tell anything about the healthiness of the food you eat. If you still don’t believe us, just look at the pictures and examples we brought to you.
