#18 No Bake Protein Cookies
The only thing better than cookies are protein-packed, no-bake cookies! Blend together a cup of rolled oats, 2 cups of chocolate protein powder, some peanuts and dates, ¼ cup of unsalted peanut butter, ¼ cup of coconut oil and a little over ¾ cup of water. Shape the blended, smoothed, thick batter into golf sized balls and refrigerate uncovered for an hour.
